Very friendly staff with great info about planning your hike or where to spot certain animals.

Excellent experience/memories. You have to pay the car park which is a reasonable price for the entire day there but I still think could be free, it's a National park! Beautiful intersection of rivers create a natural "triangle" in the middle of the nature where you can rent you boat for a reasonable price and enjoy the day. Best fun and relax ever with my girlfriend. Flat water and good feelings. And we just went there in winter!!

Extremely helpful staff, we were there to do our wedding preshoot and the staff couldn't have recommended more lovely places in the national Park. She also gave us a list of places not to go such as the figure 8 pool because we were unaware that we'd have to hike in our formal attire. The coffee here was also great, bit on the hot side, perhaps to cater to the older clientele.

This is a good place to visit mid-week: I am told it is a bit of a zoo on weekends, but there's good coffee and cake, if you are planning the Winifred Falls track, which is a medium-grade eight-hour walk with a few scrambles at the start, after which most of it is easy. On a hot day, take AT LEAST 2 litres of water with you. Go easily down the track into Winifred Falls, looking to see where walkers have been before. After Winifred Falls, the track is a bit hard to spot: walk upstream until you see it heading off on the other side.
